Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using FTM TG2DRIVE BOT.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FTM TG2DRIVE BOT ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated by FTM BotZX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Service Description

FTM TG2DRIVE BOT is a Telegram bot-based service that allows authorized users to connect their personal Google Drive account and upload files from Telegram directly into their own Google Drive storage. The Service acts as an intermediary transfer tool; it does not store, own, or claim any rights over the files processed.

Eligibility

You must have a valid Telegram account and a valid Google account to use this Service. Access is granted at the discretion of the Service operator. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to any user at any time.

User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when connecting your Google account.
  • Keep your Telegram account secure and not share bot access with unauthorized parties.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Ensure your use of the Service complies with Google's Terms of Service and API Terms of Service.
  • Be solely responsible for the files you choose to upload through the Service.

Content Ownership & Copyright

You retain full ownership of all files you upload using the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the legal right to distribute the content you upload.
  • Your use of the Service does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to terminate access for users found to be infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access
  • Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Use the Service for automated mass scraping or redistribution of copyrighted content
  • Impersonate another person or entity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access without notice.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Illegal activity conducted through the Service
  • Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities

You may voluntarily terminate your access at any time by using the /logout command in the Telegram bot, which will delete all associated data.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FTM BotZX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
